Key Pictures were in Ireland this week for the launch of Moving Lives, an innovative new website.
We were commissioned by Counterpoints Arts to produce the films and photography for the site. The project combines documentary with a history of The Immigrant Council of Ireland, a leading NGO in Ireland in the field of migrants rights.
We made five short documentaries for the site along with an introductory video from the founder of the NGO, Sr Stanislaus Kennedy.
During the evening the work was screened at the RHA, one of Dublin’s leading galleries for contemporary art, to a large audience of journalists, educationalists, politicians and senior policy makers. We were also very happy to see the participants from the films there.
